Item as described and delivered next day - excellent! As I didn't have cause to use Customer Services I can't comment fully (the real test of a good retailer is how they deal with things if they go wrong - but fortunately that wasn't the case here!)

shipment charges are too high for small items, but for this it should provide collection service at ryman local stores .
hi,The price of product was very good but there was less option for shipments and have to pay high price for only one product. You should have other options like products to delivered at local store and can be collected free of charge.
