The first person I talked to was rude and had know idea what she was talking about. The sec on person was perlite and had everything resolve quickly.
Everything was quite and easy to find just like being in a shop walk in get what you are looking for pay and leave

I'll recommend the store to any one because of the low prices, but my sugestions for improving international sales are that you expand the methods of payment because the only one available for us non-European customers is bank-wire-transfer and is kind of expensive, it eliminates the advantage of the low prices for your products.
Would be great if we could receive a final cost for international orders prior to have to choose a method of order, there will be no surprises!

The product I purchased arrived on time and well packed but I found the keys F and A on the lower bass projected half a centimetre above the rest of the keyboard which disappointed me a great deal as I have always thought that any product made in Germany is always well made. I am not returning the product as I cannot afford the delivery charges.

Product did take a long time to arrive - almost a month - but I am very happy with the product and when I did contact the supplier I received an immediate response with Tracking Number so that I could look up and see exactly where my parcel was.
