Product cost twice as much with Shy to buy as it did on Amazon. Amazon also delivered free when Shy to buy charged over £4 postage. I wrote to Shy to buy about this but they just claimed they charged a fair price.

After I paid for my products and concluded my order, I wanted to return to the home page but there was no icon to take me back. I had to log in all over again on a fresh page as I needed to make more purchases. Kindly make it available on the last page. Thanks.

The problem which I had in tracking the item was that royalmail's website was down at the time. The problem was resolved cause I finally decided to contact the customer service.
