delay on delivery as out of stock. Once I quered delay service was good. Could have let me know there was a delay would have saved me complaining.

When I hold the nipple sucker over the nipple and pumps about 10 times, and then stops holding the nipple sucker with my fingers, then it only hangs by itself on the nipple for about 10 seconds, and then falls off the nipple. The nipple sucker should hold the vacuum, and keep on hanging on the nipple.So, I want my money back, or you can send me one of the following instead:

my package was delivered to wrong address initially, which meant i had to contact to rearrange delivery. Contacted customer services and they were polite and helpful and quick to respond. Matter now resolved, happy with product, would use again.
am hoping item will arrive quickly and is of good quality.
