Hello, I was very pleased with your front-line staff on the telephone. You really need to have someone checking your on-line shopping cart to make sure orders are dealt with and delivered on time please in my opinion. I was pleased with the hen ark. I had to alter one side panel at the top, so I could remove the side door. Good value and ease or erecting on my own.

Disappointed that the roof felt was missing from order and that our order was dumped on the front lawn, when we asked for it to be stood in sideway!!!!

It has not been errected yet. Awaiting help.The plastic 'glass' panes do appear flimsy and I hope that they are substantial and will not blow out!I am, however, looking forward to being able to use a greenhouse again.
We have had a garden shed for 14 years and still very happy with it.

Failed to deliver my daughter's playhouse on the agreed delivery date. It was delivered the day before, when no-one was at the property. Playhouse was left at the front of the property, not signed for and in full view of the road, unprotected from the weather. So not impressed.

We ordered the greenhouse expecting next day delivery,after 7 days we teliphoned Waltons at a cost to ourselves,we expected a return call but have not had one yet.Hope to have our greenhouse as soon as possible. Thankyou J B Watson
