always use fragrance direct and have never had a problem
i use fragrance direct for nearly all my perfume purchases very reliable and quick delivery never had a problem

Returned item, which was NOT working, to be told they could find no fault so they would be returning it to me, but will not be covering cost of postage. Can't wait to get the product back as I have a video of the fault on my phone so will be following this up :-)

have been very happy shopping with fragrance direct, the product i wanted was cheaper with them so i am made up
i have had quite alot of perfumes etc off this site and find them very good and competitive

Ordering was great, delivery excellent, but the goods were badly packed and actually had the tops broken off to get them into the box which was too small. We had to repack, pay postage and return the goods via the Post Office before they would send a replacement. Now we have been told that our account has been credited with the postage - not much use since we will not use them again. There was no apology and no compensation. We are very disappointed.
