Package left outside the rear of the house, in the rain, by Royal Mail and no note had been left as to the location of the package - I discovered the package had been left by accident. Fortunately, the shoes were still dry.
Delighted to find these shoes online. Thank you.

My Order was delayed by over a week beyond 48 hour promised delivery as my shoes were not in stock. I didn't receive notification until I chased them by email, twice.However, once they were aware - 2nd time - Sarah@shoes.co.uk immediately sprang into action, apologised and compensated me with a voucher without hesitation.My order was late, but with a caring customer service like this I shall certainly order from shoes.co.uk again.Well Done shoes.co.uk!
I wanted Sebago Cabo's - no one else seem to offer these in UK except the usual Topsiders.Top, Top Marks to SHOES.CO.UK for having a great range!

The item that i ordered was stated on invoice yet i recieved the item in a different colour, there isnt a contact phone number or email address on invoice so i had no way of contacting customer service to enquire as to why my item did not match the invoice colour

After trying to purchase my sandals from Whittakers of Bolton, who were unable to supply me, I ordered on the internet and was totally satisfied. They were out of stock and apparently unable to purchase single pairs.
