I was a little disappointed at the delay in receiving the order but the products were what I ordered thank you. It would be nice to have a better variety of products in various ranges.

I received my order relatively quickly, but one item was missing so hopefully I will receive that shortly, I was not informed of this item being out of stock by email, just a note in the parcel stating some items may be out of stock, did not inform me when the item would be available and when it would be delivered to me.

I find that Actve Beauty offers Kerastase products more cheaply than other sellers.
I was forced to choose a new password, although I am a returning customer

Excellent service also sent me a sample of a product I was also looking at - this was extremely helpful to me and I will probably be ordering that too.
Cheapest price anywhere for my product and free delivery, second time I've used Active Beauty.

The products l ordered were dispatched on the 23th april and weren't received until 2nd May. I have had similar problems in the past with orders.
I have been dyeing my hair for several years and have found that active beauty hair products have keep my hair in brilliant condition. l would recommend it to anyone who colours there hair

Took longer to arrive than I have experienced previously, but did arrive within the specified timeframe so I think this is a Royal Mail issue. Packaging very good.

Easy site to navigate, competitive web prices. Prompt delivery. Definitely recommend and use again.
Easy site to access, could do with more beauty brands i.e. bare minerals, dior, estee lauder etc... competitve prices compared to look fantastic and other similar sites.
