the parcel has still not arrived, will have to buy a stapler from elsewhere in order to complete an urgent order.today's email assures me parcel was delivered at 12 on a Sunday - to where?

The price of the goods was fine. Where things went wrong was, Toolbox presumed they could add a "Carbon offset contribution" charge automatically which is totally a bad thing to do if they want to promote good customer relations. Imagine a scenario where all businesses add unwarranted charges to sales for any reason they care to dream up! What would be the outcome?Toolbox appears to be a reputable company but they need to wake up!

Excellent service - quick ordering and quick delivery. Well done
Comparing with Tool Station and Screwfix, price is better but they do not charge for delivery.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at Toolbox, the tracking and delivery were superb and the product price and quality were excellent.
Firt time that I have dealt with toolbox, it seems highly efficient and very competitive with pricing. Now just awaiting delivery.
