Bit disappointed that two of my fragrance choices were out of stock for the shower gel that I wanted - but an option was available to be emailed when the item was back in stock - which was useful. However since I was getting the extra shower gels to use the free postage deal when you spend £35 or more it was disappointing they weren't available to purchase today.

I'm very happy with the service & products purchased through Bath & Unwind, all products were received in a timely manner, thank you, it's greatly appreciated after a horrible experience with a competitor which I had to send back all the products ordered as they sent the wrong products.
I have just moved to the UK from Australia, as I have been using the Alpha H products since inception I'm keep to keep on using them, I need to have a reliable supplier that sells most of the Alpha H products, sends them out on time and products are genuine, please do not disappoint me, as I rely on these products and have been since inception.Thanks youAnna

I purchased the other 3 items from another site as you didn't have the moisturiser I wanted and the other site were offering a free 25ml soufflé if I bought 2 products or more.
I always need to type Elelmental Herbology into the search field. Once I have placed an order in the shopping basket then hit "continue shopping" I don't go back to the products page I was on I have to use the back button or start the search again. I find this time consuming. I only persevere because your proces are competitive and there is free shipping to Australia.
