Baker Ross Store Details

I was not informed when order was accepted that it was out of stock and there would be a delay. When I checked delivery status and was told it was out of stock I e-mailed to cancel the order. I received a prompt courteous e-mail reply stating the order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. I then received a second e-mail saying the order had been dispatched! It has not arrived and neither has my refund so I don't know where I stand.
Always have great craft ideas but pack sizes usually mean I end up buying more than I need and wasting some

I bought a set of door hangers to paint myself. I am disappointed to realise that the quality of the cut is poor. The holes of the door hangers are not exactly in the centre and one side of the hangers look fragile.I have bought the same product in other shops and the quality is much better.

i was extremely satisfied with the items i purchased and my son has enjoyed using them. i wil definitely be buying from you again.

good products very quick delivary
brillant, wish I had found you ages ago...and nice to see that the least you pay the lower the postage! Putting the total amount to pay in the view basket is great, no more trying to work it out.

I surprised myself by finding the ordering quite easy and very clear. As I had forgotten my password and had difficulty in receiving email from Baker Ross, as it was under 'spam' and not in usual mailbox.

Excellent service from baker ross although couple of items wanted were a bit pricey i.e coconut shy game for fetes and football scoring game for fetes, other than that quite good
Quick and easy to order and pay for

I ordered three items from Baker Ross - Hoopla, coconut shie, and a Tin can alley game. I am satisfied with the hoopla and the coconut shie but dissatisfied with the tin can alley - soft plastic cans that stood up with difficulty and fell down before a shot got anywhere near them - worse than a product from a pound shop.
