The packaging was open I received delivery. Although the box was robust the labelling and closure weren't. The boots are splendid though

I am very happy to browse Spartoo with their filters, they give vouchers quite often, often I can find sizes or colours that are not available elsewhere. No hassle returns.
I found a pair of shoes for my daughter in the size I wanted, I could't find the size in other shops, I could check out with Paypal.That's great.

I found the fact thet I had to type a returns form and label disconcerting and difficult because I havent got access to a printer and so had to geT the help of a friend by sending my reference to her and then she printed off the returns form.

I am only sorry I haven@t discovered this site sooner- very personalised shopping experience, helpful, even gave me a £5 discount despite my purchase being £1 below discount level. Very pleased with the level of choice and quality and will recommend to all my friends! Would be helpful to have width fittings for shoes though.
