The low scores re delivery and online tracking info are not Sarenza's fault, they shipped the item quickly. Where the process fell down (and often falls down) is with HDNL who took almost a week from shipping confirmation to update their tracking website and deliver the package.Sarenza's customer service is nothing short of excellent and I am delighted with the shoes I received.
Love that delivery is free, but an option to pay for next day delivery would be nice too. HDNL can be a bit slow/useless at times!

I wanted the shoes for a wedding. I had hoped to be able to get express delivery to get them on time - but that option was not available at the time I purchased them. I decided to get them anyway, even though I was clearly told on the phone that they would arrive too late for the wedding. Unfortunately when I tried them on I found that the fit and comfort didn't work - so I intend to send them back. As long as it proves to be easy to return them I have no complaints at all with Sarenza's service - except I would like to have an express delivery option next time.

It is a good system and great that the delivery is free and the returns are free. A pair of the shoes that I returned looked awful on me so it shows that you have to try things on. My only complaint is the length of time that they keep my money. I think that they have to reimburse me 15 days after the shoes are back in their stock room which I think is excessive.
One of the problems was that after clicking on the shoes that I wanted to have a closer look at I didnt appear to be able to go back to my place but had to reselect the category and then trawl through the ones that I had already seen. Another shoe website has a handy tool that gives you the choice of a quick look at a larger image.

like the shoes but the colour i wanted was not available
i wish i could have ordered the taupe in this style, i already have the black and they are really nice - please continue with this style the heel is really nice

This is the first time i have shopped with sarenza and it will probably be the last, the delivery took too long, the website is awful to navigate around and now that i need to return the item i cant print the label off as they are having techinical difficulties!
This is the first time that i have shopped with the and the website is not user friendly checkout was laboriously slow, i only ordered as i could not get these particular shoes from anywhere else in my size. Otherwise i would not has persisted with the order.

The shoes were OK in terms of quality and what I was expecting but they were too big and there were no smaller sizes available. Unfortunately I wasn't able to access the returns section of the website (or any other section to do with my account) so had to call customer services to get a returns label. The girl I spoke to in Customers Services was very helpful though and e-mailed me a returns label.Although the package arrived within a week - the tracking system was pretty useless (it definitely didn't update until well after 48 hours from the package being despatched). Also - I had no real expectation of how long the package would take to arrive - so not sure if it came earlier/later etc than it should have. I have ordered from other websites and had packages either next day or within 48 hours.

The box was left on my doorstep by the delivery man, he rang the bell and jumped back in his van before I could get to the door! The box was soaking wet, fortunately the contents were ok.
