I am not happy that the way they want you to sort out their mistake is to ring an 0845 number rather than just give me the details in an email.They supplied the wrong item
Practical and basic but enough to get the job done without lots of silly variables

1st delivery went astray but on contacting my tool shed by phone, a second delivery was made, pleased with product and help of the staff at my tool shed.

The items ordered took a week to arrive and I was lead to beleive they would arrive after 2 or 3 days (1 item wasn't in stock but I wasn't advised at time of purchase). One item had been damaged so requested replacement, still waiting for this a week later.Was told today so have taken a day off work, have just received email stating delivery will be tomorrow (when no one will be home!!).Still waiting for a reply to my email asking for an explanation why the replacement didn't happen today. When you go to track an order it is only activated when delivery has taken place, what use is that?.
The items purchased were the best value on the internet, however I would have preferred a wider choice of makes and models.

very pleased with your site, have recommed you to my brother he is a builder, good products, can't find anyone better on price, so use you first, lower free p+p amount would help, or free p+p even better,
Glad I found your site you are well priced, told guys i work with and my brother about it, would be good if you could lower the free p+p level a bit other wise you spot on.

Website was Excellent, well laid out and easy to use. A little disappointed with delivery time as ordered first thing Tuesday and didn't receive until following Monday. Maybe my e expectation was to high with 12-24 hour despatch time.
