Having not received my email with offered delivery dates, I was told the delivery van had left for the week and that the delivery would now be the following week. I rtesponded to the re-sent email and selected the 22nd March for delivery. The bath was delivered on 16th March so we were not in and a neighbour very kindly took delivery.
Good value. Professionally developed web-site. Good after purchase communications.

I understood that the Belfast sink was in stock but did not receive it for three weeks.I know the sink is heavy but the express delivery (LOL) I was charged for did not come up to expectations.The expensive and vunerable sink arrived naked with NO packaging at all. It should have been in a case with foamed packaging. Judging by the minor damage to the drain hole it was probably a second. Its now fitted for better or worse, I shan't go through that again!
