The postcode given to TNT was incorrect even though the details i filled out and had emailed to me were correct. TNT had to come back and i had to take two days off work waiting for the delivery.
Very smooth easy order process with very competitive prices and free delivery

Everything was perfect except for the product packaging which was damaged. However, upon checking the product was not damaged. Thanks for a great service.I couldn't check the tracking of the product but the emails sent by 1stFurniture were very good.Thanks!!

the quality of some of the parts were very poor, instructions for assembley no good atall, not happy with the value for money, quite disapointed over all

Placed the order on Thursday, delivered on Friday, absolutely amazing!!!! Have never had such first class efficient delivery from order to my door. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering a purchase.
Seems good value for money - Can't wait to see the product.

Thought the instructions could be better written, more detailed and clearer. It would need someone who had constructed similar furniture to understand how to go about the assembly.
Pity the website was not up to date - I had to phone to confirm that an item was in stock. The website said Out of stock - expected delivery 9 April - today - the day I ordered - is the 28 April.However the young lady who sorted this out was most helpful. Top marks to her.

Really happy with the product, delivery and service
So far so good, would comment more when I see the product.

My only criticism would be that the item (sofa bed) was insufficiently packaged and fell apart during delivery. The flimsy packaging made handling of the item very difficult and delivery was by a one man team. There is no doubt that two men should have been making this delivery.

I will shop at First Furniture again without a doubt, it is wonderful value for money and with a great choice to choose from and delievery is great and the site is so easy to use.

After purchasing the item I received an email to confirm the transaction was sucessful. I would be very useful some indication that that date of delivery requested could be met. The requested date of delivery was not mentioned on the email to confirm the transaction was sucessful. I did not receive any futher emails concerning the item being dispacted and confirmation that the requested delivery date could be met. I had to call First Furniture to check this and even after speaking to the polite person on the other end of the phone I wasn't inspired with confidence that the item was going to arrive on time.
If you could select an actual delivery date on the website would give the customer a little more confidence that the product would be deliver on the date required.

They contacted me to say that they could not deliver for another 2 weeks as not in stock. It was good to get a phone call and I was given the opportunity to change my order . I decided to wait . Therefore I have not been able to complete this survey properly .
