Order tracking did not show on royal mail sir but email query about this gave quick and polite response, giving accurate information on tracking / delivery

Great range of products, fair pricing, easy returns. Refunds seem tonrake long in comparison to other online shops.
More search options would be helpful, e.g. size, price range.

The product took the full 7 business days for delivery (ie 9 days all together which although that was as stated on the website I felt that this was a long time for an item which was in stock. other items ordered on line from other companies are much quicker. the tracking number quoted for my order was never available on the royal mail website, so I was unable to find out the status of my order only that it had been dispatched.
