I have used rubbersole previously & been pleased, however on my recent order I have tried to exchange a product, I have returned the product for exchange, paid postage for the replacement and received nothing in return. now their website is closed, and I cannot contact them via the contact details the give. Do not use rubbersole!

My order was cancelled by Rubbersole, stating they could not supply due to manufacturers restrictions, it is unfortunate that they could not have shown this on their website, they confirmed my order and accepted cc payment, I am extremely disappointed and now their web page is cancelled until 16 June !!!I hope that I get my refund.

The website was being updated when I tried to contact Rubber Sole. No receipt or return information was included in the package. I found an email address and asked how to return the product, I wanted an exchange for a smaller size. I received a reply and followed the instructions. I have yet to receive a replacement for the product or acknowledgement that it will be exchanged or refunded.

The information was rather incomplete because I though all the while it was the whole slink sandals I'm purchasing it was just the upper. At any rate it was lovely and I have purchased the actual base of slinks from the distributor.
