item i ordered went to wrong address when i rang to say i had not recieved it was told i would get phone call within 2 hours i rang after 4 hours to be told there is nothing they can do before christmas

Everything arrived on time as expected. Received the right items and everything fits perfectly.
Zalando has loads of brands, all at good prices compared to the other websites that I looked that. I found the Nike Air Max shoes I was looking for and the checkout was quick and easy.

It was necessary for me to contact customer services because when I checked my parcel status it said "consignee cannot be reached". I did not quite understand what this meant so I telephoned and spoke to a very charming young man who spotted the problem immediately, for some reason my house number was not on the parcel. He took my details and said he would sort it out, that same day I received my parcel. Could not ask for more. The only other comment I would make is that my order consisting of lancaster sun cream was in its own box measuring 3" x 6" approx and arrived in a huge strong cardboard box measuring approximately 15" x 30" which contained 13 air bag packaging. I thought this to be rather excessive and would be very expensive to yourselves.
Very easy site to follow. I am no expert but even I had no problem. Nicely laid out, no problem in finding the item that I wanted.
