Totally satisfied with the product and service that i got from UK TOOL CENTRE and will be using them again
I tried an order 2 days ago but had a problem paying the order the next day UK TOOL CENTRE phoned and sorted the problem for me i reordered the foolowing day and all went well.

Unfortunately the wrong goods were sent. However, when I contacted them to advise they sorted the matter out straight away and sent the correct item next day delivery - a Saturday. In my view the sign of a great retailer is how they react to problems. UKTOOLCENTRE are a great retailer!

tools fine ,the only problem i can see is the courier service.They dont let you know the day never mind am or pm,it has to be signed for so unless you take 3 or 4 days off (at great expense) to guess the delivery you miss both deliveries ,then you have to travel to the next city to pick the parcel up(a day off due to pick up times). you might as well go collect from wholesalers yourself.
