Sadly item out of stock despite showing availability on the website. As a result I wasted time setting up an account and ordering.

5 Star Service!! At last, a company that has amazing customer service and delivers on their promises! I can honestly say that the purchase of our Baby Jogger City Mini was flawless. Customer service is first class, product arrived on time (next day delivery, free of charge), and in perfect condition, for a great price too. Emails were sent to us confirming a 1 hour delivery slot....it arrived at exactly the time stated! Will definitely be using Pushchairs and carseats again - can't praise them enough! Thank you!

Really excellent customer service over the phone-- the gentleman I spoke to knew all the details specific to my item, was able to answer all my questions, gave me loads of time, and the item arrived the very next day, even though I hadn't paid the next day delivery charge. Good service overall and good price. Also you get a loyality discount for returning for a second purchase. Overall I was very happy. One minor point - i had a small issue with the pushchair wheel and phoned for advice. The chap I spoke to was very condescending and patronising. PErhaps he was having a bad day but he wouldn't listen to what I was saying and seemed quite impatient with me. When I phoned back later to say the issue was resolved he was nicer then!
Good price and you offered a pram I couldn't get anywhere else (as was discontinued)

for a lot of the large items it says 'please call for price'. That's just a pain and I went elsewhere (I'm shopping online, I don't want to shop on the phone)
i could not work out how to pay via pay pal (and it's not like i'm someone's ludite grandmother either) You really need to make it simpler.
