Items are of expected quality for the brand, however one item was not clearly described as girls trousers and therefore needs to be returned. Collection from Yodel was arranged for 9th May, but they are yet to collect item.
Pages seemed quite slow to load up. Free delivery for first time users would of been a good incentive.

The boots I ordered (Size 10) were in a Size 10 box but the ones actually received were a size 9, so now I have to pay to send them back and if I want to replace them, I'll have to then pay more money to have the right boots delivered so I won t be bothering!

Just as I thought my son absolutely loved his jacket, it was exactly what he wanted and I was very happy with the fit and the quality of it. It arrived in 2 days and in perfect condition. Thanks

I ordered goods assuming they were in stock, received a text to say goods were temporarily unavailable but upon checking my account it would appear that the goods were not available. Why have a product on your website that you are unable to provide. I did email the supplier and received an automatic email response to advise they would respond within 24 hrs. needless to say I have not received a reply.
Delivery options were unclear if you chose the collect option.
