Orvis never disappoint me. Long may it continue.

Product arrived quickly. Hope my husband likes it, as it is a birthday present.
I found the web site easy to navigate, and gave me plenty of information.

I was a bit concerned about choosing sizes but everything fitted perfectly .

I ordered 2 pairs of Gingham ankle trousers several weeks ago and recieved the aqua pair and was told the coral pair would be sent when they were in. They are now on offer again but mine have'nt arrived. I went on to 'chat' to Aaron who has helped me and says they should be with me in a couple of weeks. He was very good. The trousers are fabulous, thankyou

Excellent quality clothing. I have purchased Orvis clothing before but have this was my first online purchase. Very satisfied with description and the quality. Only problem I could not track my order as no tracking number was given although this may have been because it was delivered by royal mail.
A great deal of variety in design of clothing but quite limited in range of sizes actually available. Nice to find different designs to those available generally. I have purchased Orvis clothing before but not online and found them to very good. It can sometimes be quite difficult to find an item (which one has previously viewed) on the site.

Orvis is a reliable company that sells goods of reliable quality, and I do in particular tend to be tempted by their sale offers.

I miscalculated the sizes Sleeves always too long!!

Order tracking is confusing as I received 2 despatch emails but my order arrived in 4 deliveries. This could have been clearer on the despatch system by saying how they were despatched.
It should be easier to apply a gift card payment to an online order without having to phone.

I purchased two articles this time, a shirt / jacket and a track suit. The former was referred to as having generous sizing but the sleeves were uncomfortably tight and the whole thing somewhat skimpy. The latter had huge trousers with a less than generous top but the main thing that put me off it was a total lack of pockets. What use is a track suit without pockets? I generally like Orvis products but the sizing does seem to have gone unpredictable of late and discourages me from making further purchases.In both cases, I liked the fabrics though.
