Delivery was in 2 parts, due to the courier putting order on 2 vans to come out, despite all items leaving Selections together. I needed an extra small item which the girl I spoke with said she would mail first class so I would get it on Friday, but this information obviously did not get to the packing department because it took until Wednesday for the item to arrive. (By mail, not courier).

The one thing I feel needs rectifying about your service is the cost of postage when ordering multiple items, not the actual costs, but the postage calculator, as my order was delayed somewhat due to the lack of clarity.
