The website refused to accept my discount code on the Thursday for 15%, again on Friday I had a 10% code, which was also on home page, again site would not accept, but ordered anyway as last item in stock. Contacted by e-mail and got rather high-handed reply that I shouldn't ask for retrospective discount. I explained it was their fault, but still only gave 10% NOT the 15% originally offered, but unable to complete discount as the code was
Discount codes received over last few days all 'not valid' - no a good way to attract customers, offer discount and then refuse to honour it!

When ordering, it would be a good idea to have the opportunity to give instructions to the delivery man where to leave the parcel if there is no one in. (i.e. leave in porch)

I bouth a product with cloggs on May 3, and today I have still not received, they placed it, in a new place everyday and I am very fed up because I am dealing with cloggs and the delivery company on my own... but still do not received anything.

Great product at a great price only problem was courier delivered goods on time but i was,nt home, they did this twice and wouldnt leave them with a neighbour so i had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a saturday delivery but didnt spoil the overall purchasing experience
Easy to navigate site and prices are very good
