The customer care has been appalling from the placing the initial order on the phone, when we had to make 12 phone calls to actually place the order, the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff when I went to collect the order and the complete failure of the customer service team to respond to the issues I raised. Three months after the purchase I am still waiting for customer services to deal with my complaints. I have had no contact from the store to address the issues I raised. I have not been back to B&Q since the date I collected the lights and unless my complaints are resolved satisfactorily I will not return.

As usual I was happy with with my product and service from B&Q

I purchased some worktops, and some kitchen doors to liven up our existing utility room, and was very pleased with the quality of the items. I was however a little disappointed with the time it took to receive them, they were on time, just a long time between ordering, and delivery. Also, as a carpenter for over 25yrs, i can't recall fitting a new worktop which didn't come with it's own edging, we had to go back to the shop as we needed 1 600mm piece and found it only come in 3m rolls, at £11:99. A bit steep i think!!
In this day and age, i find it a little disappointing to have to wait 6 weeks for delivery, this seems rather a long time!

My order seems to "got lost in the system" it was only because I received your email survey that I contacted B&Q asking when would my order be delivered. Customer Support were very good and my order was delivered a week later but the reason that I was given didn't make sense to me.The product is fantastic quality and value and we are delighted with the end product.The delivery team were fantastic and extremely helpful.

the items were not very good quality one of the items broke after first use £45 down the drain

Very pleased with all aspects of the purchase, except a query about identiying the hinges to be used

All iten were excellent, better than I expected, easy asembly, no problems at all

Your staff in both the Dundee branches were immensely helpful and informative when we were looking for these items. Check out staff and delivery team were also very obliging. Our thanks to them all..Incidentally, we feel your merge with Cooke and Lewis has given your customers a very satisfactory increase in choice of available products. A good move!
