The envelopes are a self seal and they may be a bit old as they do not seal very well.

I received an email on 22 March that order number 3573737 has been dispatched.Item had not arrived on 26. March. I called customer service and was informed that Federal Express had "lost" the order. I was promised that order would be delivered on 27 March, before 12 noon. I called on 27 March at 1:30 pm to complain that order had still not reached.Today, 28 March, the package has still not arrived. No attempt was made to contact me in writing, via e-mail or via phone.Despite the verbal promise that the order would be delivered, nothing happened. A broken promise.To make matters worse, I received an e-mail yesterday, 27 March at 15:27 to collect the order that has never been delivered in the first place. Returns Number: Returns # 1101212
Make it even easier for me to buy the same items again and again. I always order the same set of Canon Ink cartridges. I would prefer to create a standard pack, i.e. Cannon Cartridge set. And with the click of one button, I have everything I need. Right now it is still rather cumbersome and time consuming to order 5 different ink cartridges.
