The service was good. The chain saw fuel filler cap seal (o ring) is useless, the fuel leaks in use and I will have to replace this with a new o ring.The instructions are quite amusing written in a form of English that only Chinese people can properly comprehend, this form of language is more commonly known as Chinglish.
My first option was out of stock and I had to select a more expensive option

I would have liked to have had more information about the approximate time that the item wuold be delivered as I took the day off work for no reason as it was delivered at around 17.00 on the day they said. If they had told me that it would be delivered at that time I would not have needed to take a day of work.

The products were delivered on-time with pre-confirmation of delivery date. Excellent. Product had one defect which was resolved quickly and beyond my expectation. True shopping - truly efficient and tremendous customer awareness.service. Will look to buy new bench and chairs soon I guessThanks
