This purchase is one of many I,ve made from Victoria Plumb whilst I,ve been renovating my house. I've always been more than satisfied with the customer service, delivery of products on time and the actual quality of the products. A good bying experience all round.
Reasonable prices, good quality products and always deliver on the day they say they will. I've used victoria plumb numerous times now whilst I've been renovating my house and have always been very satisfied with the service.

the vanity unit i purchased had a crack inside the cupboard at the bottom right.it looks as if the screw that helps to fix the base on had veered off we managed to glue it back.the men who delivered it would not unpack it to check all was ok they said it was victoria plumb,s responsibility.

One item (bath) was found to be damaged upon delivery. It was taken away immediately and a replacement delivered the next day. Excellent customer service.

I purchased 5 toilets in July 2008. I wanted to replace toilet seats for 2. No longer provided.
I purchased 4 bathroom suites from Victoria Plum just over 3 years and these items are to replace items which have broken.

Over all i found that shopping at Victoria Plumb a pleasant experience. Products are clearly displayed and descriptions accurate. Items are of good quality and prices are cheaper than some of the other well known stores.
