This company was the ONLY one I could find to supply this product. Fab! But I cannot recommend F123. This was not a good experience. The 6-8 weeks delivery took 10 weeks. Three emails received no real response (just automated acknowledgement). Call centre staff struggled to provide update information (based abroad). The carrier they used also stuggled to do a good job - ScanExpress left our large package on the doorstep (we live on a main road) more than 24 hours after I had phoned & left a voicemail that the day was not convenient. We were lucky nobody stole it. We found that the customer details were on the bottom of the package: they turned out to be a DIFFERENT CUSTOMER'S! a labelling error, ScanExpress said. A likely story! This demonstrates very poor "Data Protection" compliance. Presumably someone else had our details. At least it was the right product. The cabinet is OK, but pricey given the quality. It took 3 times longer to assemble than the instructions said.

long delivery time. parts for 2 different wardrobes delivered. 3 weeks of phone calls and e-mails before anybody responded. told a replacement would take another 6 weeks so asked for money back. told it would take another 2 weeks before they would collect the wardrobe. 3 weeks later and more phone calls got our money back but then another 2 weeks for them to collect it. NEVER AGAIN.

The tracking of my order proved impossible. The call center in Thailand (I think) had no information on my delivery date and I sent at least 3 e-mails a week apart to customer services. Only when the delivery deadline neared did we finally get a call with a delivery date. After that the delivery process was fine and the product very high quality. A order tracking system on line would solve all this. quick, easy and the best online price. An excellent selection of high quality items.

I hope furniture 123 will refund my money eventually - I ordered a coffee table 5 weeks ago - I phoned the company several times about this, always being "fobbed off" by their customer service people - after waiting a month I decided to cancel the item - a week later I am still waiting for confirmation e-mail that it has been cancelled and the £200 I paid, has been re-credited to my account - to date I have not received anything from them and if this matter is not resolved within the next 5 days - I will be contacting the watchdog programme as I am sure I am not the only person this has happened to

We were not given notification when our goods would be delivered dispite me sending an email requesting this information. We were not informed of any online delivery/order tracking system for the goods. Luckily, when the goods were delivered, we happened to be at home. We resrve the right to wait until we have received our purchase, then we might comment.

Footboard on bed damaged. Emailed Furniture123 on 21/8/11. I was emailed by Furniture123 on 25/8/11 saying that a replacement footboard would be sent to me. I'm still waiting! My last email has not been answered.Furniture123's after sales service is worse than that provided by Argos! That takes some doing.

Ordered 25.7.11. Chased customer services by email re delivery on 8.8 and 11.8. No reply.Telephoned 15.8, told it would be delivered that day. Delivery did not happen.Telephones and told that delivery company would contact me. XDP emailed morning of 18.8, to say delivery that afternoon (supposed to be 48 hours notice. Delivery occured but on unpacking found to be wrong item. Spoke James on 19.8 who said that after sales would contact me. Emailed after sales on 22.8, who replied on 25.8. Agreed with them that I would keep the wrong item and they would reimburse the difference in price. My credit card was credited on 1.9.11

I was extremely disappointed with my product ( Quin Coffee Table ) My husband and I carefully followed the assembly instructions. It took us 2hrs 10 mins. it was assembled upside down as per instructions. When we turned it upright I was devastated to see the damage on the surface of the coffee table. It was scored beyond belief! This is the first time I have ordered furniture on line - never again!!! I feel the variety offered is excellent. I look forward to recieving my purchase.

We were told that the order would be delivered the wb 19th September and that we would be contacted before that date advising us of the day of delivery. I arrived home one day during wb 5th September to find that the package had been delivered. Luckily my daughter was at home at the time.I would have liked to have had more information about possible date of delivery when I had originally ordered the tables ( I had to contact customer services for this information) and when they were due to be delivered. However, delighted that they came earlier than expected (although a 6 week wait with no intervening contact was slightly concerning) and really like the tables.
