after my 3 purchaces i had to send back to your company unfortunate surcanstnces, iam still chacing my credit for 1 item and if its not resolved quicly i will no longer be shopping with very i use my other catolge

I have always found this supplier to be reliable, and to keep me informed of delays or difficulties.
The site logs out quite quickly, so any delay means signing in again. Bit tedious.

I asked for the Collect + to notify me by text. So I gave my number. I only got an e-mail. Luckily I was on e-mail at the time.
One page crashed when I went to checkout before signing in. But I persitted and purchased item

I like the look of the furniture unassembled, but one of the items I have had to return as damaged. Customer Srvs were friendly and helpful, but booking a collection is little frustrating as they expect you to be available between 7am and 7pm - so in other words, take a day off work for a damaged item to be collected??? Doesn't seem very customer orientated to me. Secondly, I am still waiting for a replacement to be sent.... Not had it yet.
