The purchassing experience when shopping on the web was excellent and the order tracking,final delivery date and quality of the product were equally as good - well done!

Product good. Very poor delivery service from Yodel. Firstly they demand you are at home from 7am to 9pm. Most companies phone an hour beforehand to say they are on their way - not Yodel. On being given the delivery date I immediately phoned Yodel - no repy after 15 minutes so I emailed Yodel to say I would not be in on that day. No response and delivery man came whilst I was out. Re-booked for 2 days later. Delivery man came a day early and of course I was out. Third time lucky. A lot of stress - Yodel is a poor delivery company and I would not want to use them again

no problem with the late delivery as it had no effect on the work schedule and plumbworld notified me in advance of postage issue

Great service very pleased. Second time we have used them
We have shop with Plumbworld before. They deliver a great after sales service were extremely helpful when our shower cublicle developed a fault, delivering parts free of charge.

Easy to order and pay on line. Excellent delivery service. Packaging adequate without being overdone. Good quality product and was exactly what I was looking for.
Having only just placed my order I am unable to comment on the service received, delivery and quality of product but information provided on product seemed satisfactory.
